転移性腎細胞癌症例ではベースライン血清遊離DNA量が増加しているのが確認された。また、臨床リスク分類でpoorリスク群症例でベースライン血清遊離DNA量が増加しているのが確認された。同時に臨床データベースと比較した解析により、ベースラインの血清中C反応性蛋白高値症例においては血清遊離DNA量が増加しているのが確認された。これらの結果より、ベースライン血清遊離DNA量を測定することによってファーストライン薬物療法の奏功期間をある程度予測できる可能性が示唆された。また、臨床リスク分類でpoorリスク群症例でベースライン血清遊離DNA量が増加している症例は予後不良であった。 In patients with metastatic renal cell carcinoma, increase in serum free DNA was demonstrated. In those patients with elavated C reactive protein or in IMDC poor risk group presented increased serum free circulating DNA. Thus liquid biopsy before initiation of systemic therapy would valuable information for the management of metastatic renal cell carcinoma.
