本研究では、キャピラリー電気泳動－質量分析法(CE-MS)を用いて、ネフローゼ疾患患者の尿中に含まれるイオン性代謝物の一斉分析を行い、病型特異的なバイオマーカーの探索を行った。その結果、ループス腎炎を判別するための新規バイオマーカーを同定するとともに、2～5種類の代謝物を組み合わせることにより7種のネフローゼ疾患から特定の疾患を判別するモデルを作成することが可能であった。 In this study, a comprehensive analysis of urinary metabolites from nephrotic disease patients was conducted by capillary electrophoresis-mass spectrometry (CE-MS) in order to discover biomarkers specific to the type of disease. As a result, it is possible to identify a novel biomarker for discriminating lupus nephritis and to create a model for discriminating a specific disease from 7 types of nephrotic diseases by combining 2 to 5 kinds of metabolites.
