本研究を通じ、コネクテッド・イノベーションに必要な共有技術認識フレームを確立させるには、新たなフレームが実現する利益の共有と、仕様へ落とし込むプロセスを実現するオープンな議論が有効であることを発見した。 W3C、IEEE、ISO、OGCといった国際標準化団体における策定プロセス運営の違いによる影響、国土地理院が実施してきたオープンソースコミュニティとの連携や国連における活動を梃子にした地理空間情報の標準化、地元医師会の要望を市役所が汲み取り、ステークホルダー間での利害調整を達成した兵庫県丹波市の地域包括ケアシステム導入事例の分析から、地域からグローバルまで普遍的なメカニズムを抽出している。 We found that in order to establish the shared technology recognition frame necessary for connected innovation. It is effective to form a new collective technological frame through coordination among stakeholder with conflicting interest and open discussions on standardization process with implementation-oriented policy to develop common platforms including technology specifications. Diversified case analysis have been conducted from a regional healthcare platform to international standard developing organizations such as W3C, IEEE, ISO, and OGC. Analysis of activities in standardization of geospatial information has been conducted with case study of Geospatial Information Authority of Japan　in the FOSS4G community and the United Nations. In the case study analysis of the comprehensive community care system in Tamba City, Hyogo Prefecture, the interaction between local stakeholders has been analyzed.
