魚類の増養殖過程には様々なストレスが存在し、効率的な増養殖の推進には個体のストレス耐性の向上が求められる。本研究では、軽度の日常的なストレス経験に対する学習によって、魚類のストレス耐性を訓練することができるかどうかを検討した。実験では、キンギョやメダカ、ゼブラフィッシュを対象として、ストレス処理方法およびストレス耐性の機能を調べた。その結果、ゼブラフィッシュにおいて、浅水での飼育処理によって、空中暴露ストレスおよび温度変化ストレスに対する耐性が向上する可能性が示された。一方で、ストレス耐性の訓練効果には、魚種や個体によって効果が大きく異なることも確認された。 Fish is suffered from various stress under aquaculture environment, and thus acquirement of stress tolerance is useful for effective aquaculture. The present study investigated the effect of training of stress tolerance by learning for stress environment. I focused on the methods (stress treatment) and the effect of stress training by using goldfish, medaka, and zebrafish. As the result, zebrafish improved the stress tolerance for air exposures and heat-shock stress by shallow feeding stress treatment. However, the training effect was not stabled among species and individulas.
