ブタ部分切除肝断端への無細胞化した臓器骨格素材の縫着および経時的組織評価について研究を行った。申請者はブタにまず肝部分切除を実施し、別のブタ由来の肝臓を無細胞化処理した後、切除断面に縫合接着し、day7、28 で評価を行なった。その結果、特に血管内皮細胞の浸潤・生着と内皮細胞に裏打ちされた脈管構造内に血流が開通し、並びに胆管上皮細胞に裏打ちされた胆管様構造物の形成を認め、また未熟なマーカー陽性細胞が多数観察された。 We sutured the partial liver scaffolds onto the surfaces of partially hepatectomized porcine livers and assessed their therapeutic potential by histological analysis at various time points. Histochemical study showed that blood vessel-like structures were present in all parts of the scaffolds at days 7 and 28. Blood inflow was observed in some of these ductal structures. Bile duct-like structures were also present in the scaffolds.
