気管支鏡検体、手術検体、胸水、血液、喀痰などの複数の検体から肺癌オルガノイドを複数樹立し、オルガノイドによる薬剤感受性試験を行った。肺腺癌に関しては分子標的薬の薬剤感受性試験において、臨床効果を反映している傾向が認められた。殺細胞性抗がん剤において、薬剤感受性試験が臨床効果を反映する傾向があったのは肺小細胞癌におけるエトポシドのみであった。５ＦＵにおいては細胞増殖が速い細胞でより薬剤感受性が上がる傾向が認められた。肺癌オルガノイドは臨床を反映するツールとして期待されているが、薬剤によっては臨床を反映しない可能性がある。 We established lung cancer organoids from multiple specimens, including bronchoscopic specimens, surgical specimens, pleural fluid, blood, and sputum, and conducted drug sensitivity testing. For lung adenocarcinoma, a trend reflecting clinical efficacy was observed in drug sensitivity testing of molecular targeted agents. Only etoposide in small cell lung carcinoma tended to reflect clinical response in cytotoxicic anticancer agents, while 5FU tended to increase sensitivity in fast-growing cells. Lung cancer organoids are expected to be a tool that reflects clinical practice, but they may not reflect clinical practice for some drugs
