線維化肝で大腸癌肝転移がより促進されることが報告されており、今回はこれに関連して大腸癌の癌幹細胞であるLgr5陽性細胞に注目しました。Lgr5高発現の大腸癌細胞株はLgr5低発現の細胞株と比較してより線維化肝で肝転移が促進されること、またLgr5のリガンドであるRspondinが線維化肝でより高発現であることを示しました。Lgr5高発現、低発現の細胞株にそれぞれRspondinを加えて培養したところ、Lgr5高発現の細胞株で細胞増殖が促進されるという結果が得られ、線維化肝のRspondinがLgr5陽性細胞に何らかの影響を与えることで肝転移が促進される可能性が考えられました。 It has been reported that fibrotic liver promotes liver metastasis of colorectal cancer, and this time, we focused on Lgr5-positive cells, which are cancer stem cells of colorectal cancer.
