くも膜下出血において未破裂瘤に比べて発現が低下している49種のマイクロRNAを同定した。破裂の結果として低下しているものを除外するためにモデルマウスを用いて、モデル血清中のマイクロRNAの発現プロファイルを、コントロール群と比較し、くも膜下出血の結果として2倍以上発現が低下した42種類のマイクロRNAを同定した。これらを比較検討し4種類のマイクロRNAは破裂の結果発現が低下していると考え検討から除外した。残ったマイクロRNAのうちhsa-miR-23b-3pは脳動脈瘤の形成抑制への関与が報告されており、今回の研究結果からはその減少が動脈瘤増大及び破裂に関与している可能性が示唆された。 I identified 49 microRNAs whose expression was reduced in serum in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage compared to those in patients with unruptured aneurysms. Using model mice to exclude those that are declining as a result of rupture, we compared the expression profiles of microRNAs in SAH-model mouse serum with　those in the control group and identified 42 microRNAs whose expression decreased more than two-fold as a result of subarachnoid hemorrhage.These were compared and examined, and 4 kinds of microRNAs were excluded from the examination because the expression of the result of the rupture was lowered.　Among the remaining microRNAs, hsa-miR-23b-3p has been reported to be involved in the inhibition of cerebral aneurysm formation, and our findings suggest that the reduction may be involved in aneurysm increase and rupture.
