上司に対するコーチング研修と上司との面談の実施が、高齢者ケア従事者のソーシャル・サポート、ストレッサー、バーンアウトに及ぼす効果を検証する。対象は医療保険療養病床のリハビリテーション室勤務の管理職1名、部下（実験群７名と対照群7名）である。上司に対してはコーチング研修（5時間25分）を、実験群に対しては、仕事の振り返り、目標設定、問題意識について上司との面談（30－45分）を実施した。事前事後テストの比較、研修満足度調査、面談満足度調査、上司インタビューより、介入の効果を議論した。
