• Note (General): type:text; 研究目的 大学院レベルの経営教育の効果を検討するためにアンケート調査データを用いた評価を行う。また，先進的教育プログラムに関する比較研究を行う。さらに実験的教育プログラムを実際に行う。これらによって，日本における大学院レベルの経営教育の実施方法を提示する。 研究方法 研究の第1として，『慶應義塾大学ビジネス教育評価データベース』(平成１７年度)を拡充した『データベース』(2018年度)を構築し，それを利用したプログラム評価研究を行う。さらに，専門領域横断的な広域学際研究と，世代縦断型の教育モデル構築のための実験教育研究を実際に行う。併せて経営教育に関する比較事例研究と，その背景となる理論的研究を行なう。 研究成果 2018年度にWebアンケート調査の実施を予定したが，個人情報の機密保持等に対処することが困難であり，支出額が予算額を大きく上回ることが判明した。このため，Webアンケート開発を中断・延期し，2018年度調査では紙媒体のアンケート用紙を2000人に郵送，回収する方法に変更した。これにより研究期間延長を申請している。 研究結果 暫定的結果として以下の点が示された。日本における社会人に対する大学院レベルの経営教育は拡大せず，学部卒業直後の職業経験のない学生に対する修士課程教育，また，パートタイム型が拡大している。社会人教育企業内研修時間が長期的に低下する状況で，経営教育の量と質の確保が困難になっている。他方，経営教育の内容が学生の能力を実際に高めているかについては，現時点では明確な根拠が示されなかった。他方，起業家，非営利組織，あるいは技術者に対する経営教育等，多様なプログラムの必要性が高まっている。世界の大学院レベルの経営教育では多様な教育プログラムを確立し，教育内容の標準化も進んでいる。他方，日本では大学院レベルの経営教育が確立せず，世界の標準化された教育内容が普及していない。 Objective: I investigate the roles of graduate school level management education in Japan. I investigate the present status and effectiveness of graduate level of management education. Statistical work is conducted using the updated database "Keio University Business Education Evaluation Database(2018)" I also conduct comparative study of representative business school programs. Research Method: I conduct 2018 survey for 2,000 Keio University graduates, and update the "2006 Keio University Business Education Evaluation Database." Using the data, I conduct statistical study to answer the hypotheses about the present status of business education programs in Japan and their effectiveness. Also I conduct comparative case study of business school level programs. Results: I planned Web base survey for 2,000 new Keio Graduates. Due to the difficulties of data security and larger than planned expenditure, I postponed the web-based survey and conduct paper based survey. I applied for the extension of the research period by six months. I find the graduate level of business education has not increased for the population with job experience. But it has increased for the population without job experience. Also part-time program has become prevalent. Combined with the declined investment in education at corporate level, these facts would significantly change the business education in Japan. Although I cannot present the evidences that graduate level of business education affects capability of the people with the program, we find the diversified demand for various types of business education including entrepreneurship, technology management, and non-profit management. Universities worldwide responds to the demand and provide standardized programs. Japan is behind to provide graduate level standardized programs.
