発達障害児において、幼稚園・保育園から小学校への移行期に出現しやすい問題行動を予防し、安定した発達を促すためには、子どもそれぞれに、就学前段階から実施できる幼小連携による発達支援プログラムを構築し、その効果を実証することが喫緊の課題である。そのため、就学移行のための発達・学習支援プログラムを完成させ、コンピュータ支援プログラムとして実装し、適用することが有効な方法である。方法：①標準検査評価：発達検査、適応検査、言語検査、小学生全般的スキル評価、などを実施し、子どもの現在の発達・学習プロファイルを把握した。②発達・学習支援プログラムの統合：発達・学習支援プログラムを、iPadに実装した。内容は、(a)読みスキル支援、(b)社会スキル支援、(c)学校生活支援、(d)運動支援。評価データをすぐに支援に活用するための決定プロセスを含んだ、分岐型プログラムを完成させた。③発達支援の実施：構築した発達・学習支援を、３か月間にわたって週1回実施した。同時に保護者へのコンサルテーションを実施し、週3日間程度、家庭でも課題を実施してもらった。保護者にそれらのプログラムの活用方法を指導し、同時に家庭での支援についてのコンサルテーションを行った。④発達支援の効果評価：研究室では、子どもの実際の行動についてビデオ解析を用いて評価、分析した。結果と考察：読み、社会スキル、学校生活スキル、運動の流暢性の獲得が促進された。保護者のポシティブな発言が増えた。幼保から小学校にスムースに移行するための条件が明らかになった。 For preschool children with developmental disabilities, developmental and behavioral intervention is necessary for the adaptation in elementary school. In this research, we developed the computer-based intervention program for children and parents and evaluated the effects. First, we assessed developmental profiles using standardized tests. Next, the intervention programs were applied in lab setting by psychologists and in home-based setting by parent using iPad. The target behaviors were reading skills, social skills and school life skills and motor skills. In weekly sessions, psychologist directly taught each skill and implemented the consultation in which psychologist and parent discussed about the learning of each target behavior and developmental support in everyday life setting. Dependent variables were the change of the target behavior and parent verbal behavior. The results showed that accuracy and fluency of each target behavior increased. Positive verbal behavior of parents also increased. This suggests that direct teaching and the consultation were effective for the educational transition in pre- to elementary school.
