本研究は、がん化学療法による皮膚障害のセルフマネジメントに対する自己効力感を測定するための尺度を開発し、臨床における適用を目指して、信頼性、妥当性を検証することを目的としている。本研究は、１．尺度原案の作成、２．パイロット調査（30名の対象者に尺度原案を用いた調査を実施し、仮尺度を作成する）、３．本調査（仮尺度を用いて、約100名の対象者に調査を実施し、信頼性・妥当性を評価する）の３段階によって構成される。 2018年度は、前年度に引き続き、３．本調査を実施した。パイロット調査の結果を基に作成した仮尺度、皮膚障害の特異的QOL評価尺度（Skindex29）、不安・うつの評価尺度（HADS日本語版）、一般性自己効力感尺度を用いて、データ収集を進めた。慶應義塾大学病院の一般・消化器外科外来、および消化器内科外来、腫瘍センターにおいて、データ収集を継続しており、2018年3月31日の時点で、計62名の研究対象者より調査の協力を得た。また、尺度の再現性を評価するため、一部の対象者には再テスト（30名程度）への協力を依頼しており、同時点で20名より協力を得た。引き続き、本調査のデータ収集を継続し、目標対象者数100名を目指す。また、データ分析を進め、尺度を構成する質問項目の洗練、および信頼性・妥当性・再現性の評価を行った上で、臨床への適用における課題を明確化していく予定である。 The purpose of this research is development the scale specifically for measuring self-efficacy for self-management of skin reaction induced by cancer chemotherapy. This research consists of three stages; 1.invention the draft of scale, 2.pilot study, and 3.main study. In 2018, the main study has carried out following the last year. I've collected data with the temporary scale by the pilot study, Skindex29; the scale for evaluating QOL of the patients with skin problems, Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale Japanese version, and General Self-Efficacy Scale at the outpatient department of Keio University Hospital. The 62 patients has been registered by March 31, 2019. The data collection is still continuing aiming to reach 100 patients. Then, I will analyze their data to improve questionnaire, to verify the reliability and validity of a scale for application in a clinical setting.
