今年度の研究において、行動解析装置の開発・更新を集中的に進めた。画像解析プログラムをNIHimage（WindowsXP版）からLaboview（Windows10版）に変え、行動解析用プログラムをそれに対応するものを導入した。カメラについても高精度CCDを導入し、より解析の精度を高めた。更新に伴う行動解析上の調整については引き続き行っている。鏡接近行動に関する研究では、魚類脳の系統発生・解剖研究を行っているチリ大学医学部個体発生研究室Laboratorio de estudios ontogenéticos. Facultad de Medicina. Universidad de Chile.のMiguel Concha教授、Patricio Ahumada-Galleguillos博士とゼブラフィッシュ、ポリプテルスの脳に関する共同研究を始めた。今後彼らの興味を持つ手綱核と我々の興味の持つ扁桃体の機能的関連について解析を行っていく。脳の代表的な解剖学的左右非対称構造であるこれらの脳部位の機能と、ヒトの自己認知機能の進化の関連については第十二回生物学基礎論研究会で発表した。また高橋のストレスに関する実験については、今年度水槽システムの設置を行い、メダカ・キンギョの飼育システムを作った。ストレスホルモンの測定については鏡接近行動の解析装置の更新を集中的に進めたため、実行できなかった。今後、これらの魚類を用い、鏡接近行動への影響を通じ、さらに扁桃体―視床下部の機能関連を解析していく。しかし、これらの研究の一部は、降河回遊を行うウナギを研究する鰻脳プロジェクトにおいて、浸透圧の変化におけるストレスホルモンの変動を関連して、坪川がキックオフシンポジウムで、高橋が２０１８年度報告会で発表した。 In this research, we focused the construction of new behavioural analysis system from NIHimage(Windows XP version) to Laboview(Windows 10 version) with CCD cameras. We also started collaboration about fish brain anatomy of Zebrafish and Polypterus with Prof. Miguel Concha nad Dr. Patricio Ahumada-GalleguillosIn, Laboratorio de estudios ontogenéticos. Facultad de Medicina. Universidad de Chile. We are interested in the anatomical and functional concerning with amygdala and epiphysis. and presented at the annual meeting of society of foundations of biology. And we also discussed about human brain function with evolutional conservation about Left-Right asymmetry We had constructed water system for Medaka and Goldfish for stress experiments. And we each presented at Eel brain project about long distance migrations.
