• Note (General): type:text; 本研究は、現代韓国道教の「太極法」というエネルギー法的瞑想を比較瞑想論的に考察して、祈りや瞑想という諸宗教実践の一般理論構築に資することを目的とする。第一課題は、太極法の「築基」以降の過程と、中国内丹法のそれとの比較である。今回の調査研究によって明らかになった点は、築基以降、帯脈→小周天という過程までは共通しているが、「大周天」と総称される諸過程が、四肢を経路とするのではなく、各経絡を綿密に通していくという点に重点が置かれているということである。第二課題は、太極呼吸法と、道教およびその他、特に韓国円仏教の呼吸法との比較である。エネルギー法系の瞑想では特に、固有の呼吸法によって、肉体の経絡に生体エネルギー＝「気」を十全に通貫させた後、微細身体および原因身体の順に各々固有のエネルギーを通貫させていくとされる。この身体＝エネルギー論的な事態は、太極呼吸法を事例とした場合、築基から小周天の過程では丹田自動呼吸が実践されるが、その後の大周天の諸過程においては、指先および毛穴からの「気」の流入出による呼吸が丹田呼吸に付加される、と説明できる。円仏教の参禅的瞑想では丹田に意識を向けるものの、呼吸は自然呼吸であり、エネルギースポットに留意した呼吸は行われない。また、現代に伝承される中国の内丹法やインドのクンダリニーヨーガのチャクラ呼吸法では、下丹田や、スワディスタナチャクラ・ムーラダーラチャクラに生体エネルギーを蓄積した後に、小周天（スシュムナー）にその生体エネルギーを循環させるという実践に重きが置かれるのに対して、太極呼吸法では丹田の自動呼吸および、大周天成就の過程で実現される、身体に穿たれた穴を生体エネルギーが通貫することによって確立されていくエネルギー循環的呼吸が重視される。太極法はおそらく中国道教の中心のひとつである全真教の影響をうけており、今後はその影響関係を研究する必要がある。 The purpose of this study is to analyze an energy type meditation of contemporary Korean Taoism called "Method of Supreme Ultimate" from the viewpoint of comparative meditation theory to contribute to the construction of general theory of religious practices such as prayer and meditation. The first issue is the comparison of the processes after "Building the foundation of cinnabar field" of "Method of Supreme Ultimate" and those of the Chinese internal alchemy. The common point clarified by this research study is the process from girdle vessel to macrocosmic orbit (lesser celestial circuit) after building the foundation of cinnabar field. On the other hand, the difference is that Circulating the breath through each meridians is more important than through the limbs in the processes called "Great Celestial Circuit". The second issue is the comparison of Breathing Method of Supreme Ultimate with that of Taoism and others, especially Korean Won Buddhism. In the energy type meditations, in particular, after fully circulating the vital energy called "Qi" into the physical body meridians by the intrinsic breathing method, each specific energy is circulated through the subtle body and the causal body in this order. In the case of Breathing Method of Supreme Ultimate, we can explain that this physical – energetic situation means the automatic cinnabar field breathing in the process from girdle vessel to macrocosmic orbit (lesser celestial circuit) and the "Qi" breathing through fingertips, pores and cavity of breath in the processes called "Great Celestial Circuit". In Zen meditation of Won Buddhism, although consciousness is directed to cinnabar field, its breathing is merely natural, but not the automatic cinnabar field breathing like Breathing Method of Supreme Ultimate. In addition, according to the contemporary Chinese internal alchemy and chakra breathing of Kundalini Yoga in India, after accumulating "Qi", bio-energy in lower cinnabar field or Svadishthana Chakra (Sacral Chakra) and Muladhara Chakra (Root Chakra), the emphasis is placed on the practice of circulating the bio-energy through macrocosmic orbit (lesser celestial circuit), "Susumna". On the other hand, Breathing Method of Supreme Ultimate emphasize the practice of automatic cinnabar field breathing, and breath circulating bio-energy generated by circulating of bio-energy through the cavity of body in completing the process of "Great Celestial Circuit". "Method of Supreme Ultimate" is probably influenced by one of the centers of Chinese Taoism, Quan-zhen-jiao. It is necessary to study its influence in future research.
