• Note (General): type:text; 日常生活動作の中でも頻度の高い立ち座り動作を対象とした動作解析手法の基礎検討として、動作計測システムの構築と椅子座位時の身体負荷の評価手法の提案を実施した。 座位姿勢での脊椎および股関節の関節トルク値を指標として身体負荷を評価した。トルクの算出には体重からの割合で算出される各部位の質量と各部位の重心からの距離によって求める簡易的な手法を採用し、静的座位モデルの入力は頭部から股関節を含む骨格位置情報のみとした。骨格位置情報は非接触かつマーカレスなセンサであるRGB-Dセンサ(Kinect v2)を用いて取得し、被験者の左右前方に1台ずつ対称となるようにセンサを配置し計測を行った。さらに、体圧センサ(SRソフトビジョン)および床反力計(Wiiボード)を用い、参照値として座面圧力および床反力を取得した。 本塾での若齢者21名を対象とした計測実験および京都府綾部市の保健福祉センターにて実施された高齢者向け計測会における高齢者41名を対象とした計測実験を実施した。計測データより、若齢者および高齢者の座位姿勢には部位毎にそれぞれの特徴が見られた。まず、ピッチ方向の関節トルクでは、若齢者が体幹部のトルクが大きかったのに対し、高齢者は股関節のトルクが比較的大きい結果となった。ロール方向の関節トルクでは、高齢者のみに左右差が見られた。これらの結果より、脊椎および股関節の関節トルクによって個人の座位姿勢の特徴抽出が可能であることが示された。また、上記の特徴は参照値として取得した座面圧力分布からは得られず、提案手法の有用性が示された。 今後は提案手法をもとに立ち座り動作の評価に取り掛かる。京都府での計測会では、関節疾患の診断および2種類の座面高さにおける計測を実施したため、個人要因および環境要因による動作への影響を明らかにしたい。 In this study, we developed a motion measurement system and proposed a method to evaluate the physical load of sitting posture as a basic study of the motion analysis method for standing-to-sitting motions. Body load was assessed using the joint torque values of the spine and hip joints in the seated position as an index. The torque was calculated by a simple method based on the mass of each part calculated as a percentage of the body weight and the distance from the center of gravity of each part, and only the skeletal position information of upper body including the hip joint was input to the static sitting model. The skeletal position information was acquired using two RGB-D sensors (Kinect v2) that are non-contact and markerless, and the sensors were arranged symmetrically at each side of the subject. In addition, a body pressure sensor (SR Soft Vision) and two force plates (Wii board) were used to obtain seating pressure and ground reaction force as reference values. We conducted measurement experiments with 21 young people and 41 elderly people. The measurement data showed that the sitting posture of young and old people had different characteristics for each part. First, in terms of joint torque in the pitch direction, the torque in the trunk of the body was greater in the younger age group, whereas the torque in the hip joint was relatively greater in the older age group. A difference in joint torque in the roll direction was found only in the elderly. These results indicate that the feature extraction of each individual's sitting posture can be performed by the joint torque of the spine and hip joints. The above features could not be obtained from the seating pressure distribution obtained as a reference value, indicating the usefulness of the proposed method. In the future, we will start to evaluate the standing-to-sitting motions based on the proposed method. At the measurement experiments, we measured sitting to standing motions using two types of seats in which seating heights are different. Also, the diagnostic results of joint diseases were also obtained. We would like to clarify the effects of individual and environmental factors on movement.
