• Note (General): type:text; 様々な臨床事例の個々の逐語記録に基づき、その事例に携わったセラピストが口頭で報告した詳細な内容をめぐり、精神医学、臨床心理学を専門とする研究者らによる綿密な検討を積み重ねた。教育的要素も含む、実際の研究活動は以下のようである。 １．週1回2時間の事例検討：うつ状態にある中年女性、原発事故によるトラウマを抱える高齢者、発達障害の成人男性など、17例について8名の専門家による分析。 ２．週1回50分の個人スーパービジョン：摂食障害の女性、強迫性障害の男性、不登校の女子中学生など、８事例について、それぞれ10〜20回かけて、セラピストの資質を踏まえ、教育的な関わりも内包した、クライアント・セラピスト関係の分析。 ３．1ヶ月に1回、1事例に2時間から2時間半かけて1対4,5人のグループスーパービジョン：多動性障害の男児、虐待を受けて養護施設に保護された女児など、15例について、のべ9名の若手セラピストに対してそこに生じる相互作用を生かしながら、3名の専門家による教育実践を兼ねた事例の分析。 以上、40事例の質的な検討は、精神科医および臨床心理士により、精神分析理論を基盤に、主に以下の視点から考察した。それらは、精神医学的、治療構造論的、生成発達論的、自我心理学的、精神力動論的、対象関係論的、間主観的視点である。その中で、とりわけ治療構造論と間主観性理論は臨床実践とその教育においてメタ理論として重要な役割を果たすことが確認された。そして、これらの理論に依拠したアプローチは、セラピストとしての技能の熟練度の差を超えて、クライアントの心的世界の理解を深めること、およびクライアントとセラピストの相互作用の微妙な変化への感度を高めることを可能にすることが明確になった。また本研究の過程で生起した教える者も学ぶ者も相互に学び合う現象は、まさに臨床研究とその教育活動そのものが心理臨床の互恵的本質を有するという知見に至った。 Based on the individual verbatim records of various clinical cases, the in-depth details reported by the therapists involved in the cases were closely reviewed by researchers specializing in psychiatry and clinical psychology. The actual research activities, including the educational elements, are as follows. 1. A two-hour weekly case study: Eight experts analyzed 17 cases, including middle-aged women in depression, elderly people with trauma from a nuclear accident, and adult men with developmental disabilities. 2. 50-minute personal supervision once a week: Eighteen cases, such as women with eating disorders, men with obsessive-compulsive disorder, and junior high school students who refuse school, are given 10 to 20 sessions each, based on the qualities of the therapist. Analysis of client-therapist relations, including involvement. 3. Group supervision of 1 to 4,5 people once a month, two to two and a half hours per case: 15 cases, including boys with hyperactivity disorder and girls who have been abused and kept in nursing homes. An analysis of cases where three experts also used educational practices while taking advantage of the interaction that occurred there with a total of nine young therapists. As described above, the qualitative examination of the 40 cases was examined by psychiatrists and clinical psychologists based on psychoanalytic theory from the following viewpoints. They are psychiatric, therapeutic structural, developmental, ego-psychological, psychodynamic, object-relational, and inter-subjective. Among them, it was confirmed that therapeutic structure theory and intersubjectivity theory play an important role as metatheory in clinical practice and its education. And approaches based on these theories go beyond the differences in the skills of the therapist to increase the client's understanding of the mental world, and increase their sensitivity to subtle changes in the client-therapist interaction. It became clear that it could be enhanced. Moreover, the phenomenon that both the teacher and the learner arising in the course of this study learn from each other led to the finding that clinical research and its educational activities themselves have the mutually beneficial essence of psychological clinical practice.
