• Note (General): type:text; 【研究の目的】 本研究では，育児休業中の労働者およびそのパートナーを対象に，円滑な復職と復職後の就業継続を促進する要因，および阻害する要因を明らかにし，育児休業中の労働者とパートナーを対象とした復職支援プログラムの新規作成に資する情報収集を目的とした。 【研究1：ヒアリングによるニーズ調査】 育休中および育休を経験した7名（男性2名，女性5名；30歳代4名，40歳代3名）を対象に面接ないし書面によるヒアリングを行い，育休取得に関する社内制度，風土，育休中ないし復帰時の困りごと，プログラムへのニーズなどを尋ねた。 【研究2：インターネットによるニーズ調査】 株式会社マクロミル登録者のうち，子どもと同居中の共働き夫婦で育休経験のある労働者1030名（育休中：515名，復帰後：515名）に，インターネット調査を行った（2019年11月21日～2019年11月22日）。回答者の8割以上が女性で，30歳代が最も多かった。育休取得中の困りごととして，「保活」に関する内容が最も多かったが，育休中では「復帰後の職能回復」，復帰後では「夫婦での家事育児分担」が多かった。支援のニーズについては，「育児と仕事の両立」が最も多く，受講したい支援プログラムは「子どもとの関わり方」が最も多かった。集合研修の受講時間帯は，育休中では「午前中」が，復帰後では「休日の午前」が最も多かった。研修時間と頻度は，「１回１時間未満」「月１回程度」が最も多かった。e-ラーニングに関しては，「30分未満」の「映像やアニメ（動画）」形式の研修を「スマホ」を使って受講する希望が最も多かった。 【得られた成果】 本研究によって，育児休業中の労働者にとって，円滑な復職と復職後の就業継続を促進・阻害する要因が明らかになったほか，育児休業中の労働者とパートナーを対象とした復職支援プログラムの開発につながる有用な情報を得ることができた。 [Aim] In this study, we examined the factors that promote and hinder smooth return-to-work and continued employment for employees and their partners who take childcare leave, in order to develop new support program for them. [Research 1: Needs survey through interviews] We conducted face-to-face interviews or written interviews with seven employees who took parental leave (2 males and 5 females; 4 thirties and 3 forties) and asked about in-house system for taking childcare leave, climate, any problems (concerns) during childcare leave or on return period, and the needs for the program. [Study 2: Internet needs survey] An Internet survey was conducted among 1030 registered monitors of Macromill Co., Ltd., who were dual-earner couples and lived with their child(ren) and have taken childcare leave (515 during childcare leave, 515 after returning) (November 21 - 22, 2019). More than 80% of the respondents were women, most in their 30s. The most common problem (concern) during childcare leave was "Hokatsu" (search for nursery school), followed by "recovery of business ability/skill after return-to-work" among those during childcare leave and "sharing housework and childcare between couples" among those after return-to-work. The most common concern was "balancing childcare and work", and the most popular program was "how to interact with children." As to group-based training, respondents during childcare leave preferred the program provided in "Morning", whereas those after return-to-work preferred in "Morning on holidays". They preferred the programs provided with "less than one hour at a time" and "once a month". As to e-learning, respondents preferred programs provided by "video and animation" by "smartphones" in "less than 30 minutes". [Achievements] This study has clarified factors that promote and hinder smooth return to work and continued employment for employees and their partners who take childcare leave. The useful information obtained in the study can lead to develop new support program for them.
