• Note (General): type:text; 本研究では、ショウジョウバエに特化した脈拍計測プラットフォームを構築することを目的とした。MEMSのフォースプレートをこれまでにない超高感度にすることで、プレートの振動から人と同様にショウジョウバエの脈拍を計測するデバイスの実現を目指した。 フォースプレートの構造は，平面コイルばね及びそれを支える土台から構成されている．プレートに力がかかることで平面コイルが変形し，その際のプレート中心の垂直の変位をレーザ変位計によって読み取る．事前に測定したばね定数とフックの法則から，加わった力を算出する．ショウジョウバエの心拍の周波数が約5 Hzであることを考慮し，共振周波数は50 Hz以上になるように定めた．また，レーザ変位計の分解能が10 nmであることを考慮し，ばね定数は約5 N/mになるように定めた．これにより，約0.05μNの分解能を持つフォースプレートが実現できる． 平面コイルばねを正方形のガラス板から削り，アルキメデスの螺旋と同じ形状とした．プレートは一辺25 mmとし，中心部のプレートは対象物を載せるのに十分な大きさを確保するため直径8 mmに設定した．コイル幅と削り部分の幅はそれぞれ0.6 mm，0.8 mmとした． 厚さ50 μmのガラスプレートを，UVレーザカッターを用いて削るように加工し，平面コイルを製作した．破損を防ぐため，平面コイルはアクリル板に貼り付けた．共振周波数の計測のため，バイブレータ上にデバイスを固定し振動を与え，光ヘテロダイン微小振動測定装置により振幅を計測した．実験の結果，共振周波数は75 Hzと算出された．次にばね定数の計測のため，ピエゾステージの上にロードセルを設置した．ロードセルに付いた針をプレート部に当てることで力を印加した．実験の結果，ばね定数は5.99 N/mと算出された．また，デバイスを固定し，プレート中心部にレーザ変位計を設置してノイズの評価を行ったところ，分解能が0.04 μNと算出された． The purpose of this study was to construct a pulse measurement platform specifically for Drosophila. by making a MEMS force plate with unprecedented ultra-high sensitivity, we aimed to realize a device that measures the pulse rate of Drosophila as well as humans from the vibration of the plate. The structure of the force plate consists of a planar coil spring and a base that supports it. When a force is applied to the plate, the flat coil is deformed, and the vertical displacement of the center of the plate is read by a laser displacement meter. The applied force is calculated from the previously measured spring constant and Hooke's law. Considering that the frequency of the heartbeat of Drosophila is approximately 5 Hz, the resonance frequency was set to be 50 Hz or higher. Considering that the resolution of the laser displacement meter is 10 nm, the spring constant was set to be approximately 5 N/m. This enables the realization of a force plate with a resolution of approximately 0.05 μN. The flat coil spring was cut from a square glass plate and shaped like an Archimedes spiral. The plates are 25 mm on each side, and the central plate is 8 mm in diameter to ensure that it is large enough to hold an object. The width of the coil and the width of the grinding area were 0.6 mm and 0.8 mm, respectively. A 50 μm-thick glass plate was machined using a UV laser cutter to fabricate a flat coil. The flat coil was attached to an acrylic plate to prevent damage. To measure the resonance frequency, the device was fixed on a vibrator and vibrated, and the amplitude was measured using an optical heterodyne microvibration measurement system. The resonant frequency was calculated to be 75 Hz. Next, a load cell was placed on the piezo stage to measure the spring constant. A force was applied by placing a needle attached to the load cell against the plate. As a result of the experiment, the spring constant was calculated to be 5.99 N/m. The device was fixed and a laser displacement meter was placed at the center of the plate to evaluate the noise, and the resolution was calculated to be 0.04 μN.; 申請種類 : 福澤基金研究補助
