• Note (General): type:text; 本研究は，他者とのインタラクション様式と発達・精神障害傾向の関係性理解を目指すものである．特に，インタラクションの一例として協調描画タスクをデザインし，人と描画AIエージェントのインタラクションに関する大規模Web実験を実施する．そして，インタラクションダイナミクスの解析結果と発達・精神障害傾向との関係性を探索的に調査する． 本研究は2年間の計画であり，1年目は主に人と描画AIエージェントのインタラクション実験基盤の構築を行った．2年目は主に1年目に構築した実験基盤を用いて大規模Web実験を実施し，そこで得られたデータの解析を行なった．以下，2年目の研究成果実績の概要を述べる． 1年目に構築したインタラクション実験基盤を用いて参加者数993名の大規模Web実験を実施した．実験参加者は，深層学習ベースの描画AIエージェントとの協調描画インタラクションタスク（160試行）を行なった．また，認知・性格特性を評価するため，統合失調型パーソナリティ障害，強迫性障害，うつ，特性不安，自閉スペクトラム症，注意欠陥・多動性障害，アルコール依存，社会経済状況，摂食態度，DSM-5に関する10種の質問紙（計226項目）にも回答した． Web実験で取得したエージェントと実験参加者それぞれの2次元平面上での描画軌道を用いて，エージェントから実験参加者，実験参加者からエージェントへの輸送エントロピーをそれぞれ算出した．その際，軌道の曲率を利用することで2次元データを1次元データに圧縮した．算出されたそれぞれの輸送エントロピーと各質問紙の合計スコアとの相関関係を分析した結果，両者間には有意な相関がないことがわかった．これまでの研究において，複数質問紙の回答から抽出された因子と描画様式に相関があることはわかっているため，今後は同様の手法を本実験で得られたデータにも適用し，さらなる分析を行う予定である． This study aims to understand the relationship between interaction styles with others and (developmental) psychiatric symptoms. In particular, we design a cooperative drawing task as an example of interaction and conduct a large-scale web experiment on the interaction between a human and a drawing AI agent. The relationship between the results of analysis on interaction dynamics and developmental and psychiatric symptoms is exploratory investigated. This research is a two-year project. In the first year, we mainly developed an experimental platform for interaction between a human and a drawing AI agent. In the second year, we conducted a large-scale web-based experiment by using the experimental platform built in the first year. The following is an overview of the results of the second year's research activity. We conducted a large-scale web-based experiment with 993 participants using the interaction experimental platform built in the first year. Participants performed a collaborative drawing interaction task (160 trials) with a deep learning-based drawing AI agent. In addition, they answered 10 questionnaires (total of 226 items) related cognitive/personality traits including schizotypal personality disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, trait anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, alcohol dependence, socio-economic status, eating attitudes, and DSM-5. Using the drawing trajectories of both the agent and participants on a 2D space obtained from the experiment, we computed the transfer entropy from the agent to the participant and from the participant to the agent with respect to each participant. For this computation, the original 2D data were compressed to 1D using the curvature of the trajectories. Analyzing the correlation between the computed transfer entropy and the total scores of each questionnaire, we found no significant correlation between them. Our previous studies have shown a correlation between drawing styles and factors extracted from multiple questionnaires, so we plan to apply a similar method to the data obtained in this experiment and conduct further analysis in the future.; 申請種類 : 福澤基金研究補助
