• Note (General): type:text; 本研究は、阪神・淡路大震災(1995年)や東日本大震災(2011年)以後のポスト震災期において、この間の日本の市民社会がどのように変容してきたか（連続性と非連続性）を、理論と実証の双方から明らかにしようとするものである。この期間は、戦後日本の市民社会にとって、市民活動の組織・制度化(NPO)、地域社会の急速な衰退(コミュニティ)、参加方法や経路の変容(社会ネットワーク)のあり方がドラスティックに変容した時期と考えられる。他方で、70〜80 年代の運動や制度政策の影響をはじめ、様々な連続性も見出すことができる。 本研究では、日本の市民社会におけるこうした連続性と非連続性という視点から研究を進め、昨年度末には『その後のボランティア元年』として検証作業をまとめた。本年度は、その検証内容を中心に、アジア圏への紹介を行うことを含め、各所で紹介する機会を得た。また、ソーシャルセクターという枠組みについても、書籍を通じていその基本的な見取り図を示すことを行った。その他、研究成果については現在校正・印刷中の学術論文等として公刊予定である。当初計画では、ミクロレベルのネットワークの調査（個人に対する調査）をさらに行う予定でいたが、コロナ禍の影響があり計画の変更を余儀なくされた。ソーシャルセクターにおけるミクロとマクロの接合という視点については、新たな研究テーマとして取り組むこととしたい。 This study focuses on the post-disaster era after the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake (1995) and the Great East Japan Earthquake (2011), and seeks to clarify, from both theoretical and empirical perspectives, how Japanese civil society has been transformed during this period (has been both a continuity and discontinuity).This period is considered to be a period of drastic change for civil society in postwar Japan in terms of the organization and institutionalization of civil activities (NPO), the rapid declining of local interaction (community), and the transformation of participation patterns and channels (social networks). On the other hand, various continuities can be found, including the influence of the social movements, institutions, and policies of the 1970s and 1980s. In this study, we have examined these continuities and discontinuities in Japanese civil society. At the end of the last fiscal year, we summarized our findings in the book. This fiscal year, we had an opportunity to introduce the contents of this research to various places, including to the Asian region. In addition, we presented the framework of the Social Sector through the book to give a basic overview of it. Other research results are scheduled to be published as academic papers. Although our original plan was to conduct more research on micro-level networks (surveys for individuals), we were forced to change our plan due to the covid-19. We would like to address the perspective of the linkage between micro and macro in the social sector as a new research theme.
