本研究の最終目的は、徳川後期農民社会の世帯形成メカニズムを明らかにすることである。史料には、東北日本２地域（会津・二本松）と中央日本１地域（２か村）の宗門改帳を用いる。両地域に共通する世帯形成メカニズムを解明するとともに、それぞれの地域特性も見出したい。また、人口学的条件がどのように世帯形成に影響を与えているかの分析も試みる。本研究は3年計画の予定である。研究初年度の本年度と来年度は、主に中央日本２か村のデータベースの構築を目標としている。本年度は、信濃国筑摩郡北内田村の宗門改帳のデータベースを作成した。具体的には、申請者が構築したデータベースの指標に基づき、エクセル上にデータベースを作成した。作業は、史料残存期間（1675年～1868年：内欠年28年分）の基礎シート(BDS)の確認、整理、コンピューター入力の順番で進めた。個人情報に関するコンピューター入力は終了し、データ・クリーニングと世帯情報（世帯構成）の入力が次の作業となる。また、昨年度個人情報の入力を終了している信濃国筑摩郡南熊井村（1671年～1871年：内欠年35年分）のデータベースのデータ・クリーニング、および世帯情報の入力を現在進行形でおこなっている。来年度中に中央日本の両村のデータベースを完成させ、世帯の分析を開始することが次の目的となる。 The final goal of this research is to clarify the mechanism used to establish a household in agricultural society in the l Tokugawa period. Historical records of two areas in Japan, one in Tohoku, and one in an area in Central Japan are used. This study is planned to extend over three years. The construction of a database of two villages in Central Japan is set for the first two years of this research. A database of shumon-aratame-cho (SAC) of Shinano-no-kuni, Chikuma-gun, Kita-uchidamura was prepared this year. The order of procedures was: confirmation, organization, and computer input of basic data sheets (BDS) of preserved historical records. Computer input of personal information has been completed, and data cleaning and the input of household information (household structure) remain as future tasks. In addition, data cleaning of the database of Shinano-no-kuni, Chikuma-gun, Minami-kumaimura, for which input of personal information was completed last year, and input of household information is being carried out. The next objective is to complete the database of two villages in Central Japan within the next year, and move on to an analysis of households.
