申請書に記載した通り、本研究の目的は 1948年の南北朝鮮分断国家の誕生と、1950－53年の朝鮮戦争を経て固定化され現在にいたる朝鮮半島の分断体制（＝停戦協定体制）について、安全保障の側面に焦点をあわせつつ、「朝鮮半島安全保障構造の形成と展開」を、主に韓国、北朝鮮、米国、中国、日本等の一次史料を用いて解明することである。停戦体制の「持続」として静的に語られることの多い朝鮮半島の秩序が、軍事安全保障の面では大きく「変容」してきたことを実証的に明らかにすることを目指している。2020年度は主に以下の論文、論考を通じて研究成果の一部を発表することができた。第１に、韓国が目指す新たな安全保障体制」『修親』734号（2020年9月）、6-9頁では、米韓同盟等により形成された韓国防衛のための米韓連合防衛体制が近年どのように変容しているかについて考察した。特に、文在寅政権が戦時作戦統制権の移管を通じて米韓未来連合司令部（仮称）の創設を目指していることを論じた。第２に、「なぜ和解は遠のいたのか――『日韓パートナーシップ宣言』後の日韓関係」梁起豪・木宮正史編『歴史和解のための日韓対話政治編』東北亜歴史財団、2020年、199-233頁（韓国語）では、1998年の日韓共同宣言を契機として、日韓関係は（1）歴史和解の試み、（2）北朝鮮問題での協調、そして（3）東アジア地域協力での共同努力という3つの領域で大きな進展が見られたこと、しかし2010年代以降いずれの領域でも停滞または後退の状況にあり、それが日韓関係悪化の構造的要因となっていることを分析した。第3に、「中曽根康弘首相の対朝鮮半島外交ーー日韓戦略的提携のためのイニシアティブ」『法学研究』第94巻第2号（2021年2月）、1-24頁では、1980年代の新冷戦期における朝鮮半島の安全保障情勢について、中曽根政権の外交政策、特に首相の戦略的思考の産物である日韓の戦略的連携に焦点を合わせつつ考察した。 This research aims at analyzing the formation and development of the security structure on the Korean peninsula since 1948. Three articles published in 2020 successfully revealed part of the achievement of this research.
