• Note (General): type:text; 2020年の東京オリンピック・パラリンピックの招致により、障がい者スポーツをふまえた障害者を取り巻く環境の整備に向けた好機になると考えられ、その上で障害者に対する正しい理解や知識をもつといったソフト面でのバリアフリーにおいても障がい者スポーツが果たす役割は大きいともいえる。そこで、本研究では、障がい者スポーツの認識、障がい者スポーツが障害理解に与える影響および障がい者スポーツ促進に向けた情報提供システムの構築について検討をすることを目的とした。 本調査は、インターネット調査会社に登録されたモニターである10代から80代の男女500名を対象とし、調査期間は2021年2月に実施した。対象者には、本調査の開始にあたり、画面上で本研究の同意を得た上で実施をした。調査の項目として、「認識」、「教育経験」、「接触経験」と障害者スポーツに対する「意識」や「参加行動」および2020年の東京オリンピック・パラリンピックが決定をする以前との「意識」や「行動」の変化について調査を行った。調査項目は、統計ソフトをSPSS Statistics 26 Version for Windowsを使用し、記述統計的分析を行った。 本調査結果から、障害者スポーツへの意識・行動について、「興味もなく行動に移そうとも思わない」が、観戦行動では515名（51.5％）、障害者スポーツのイベント参加・体験については、523名（52.3％）、障害者スポーツのボランティアに対しては、528名（52.8％）と障害者スポーツに対する意識・行動は低いことが分かった。また、これまでに障害者との接触経験がなかった対象者は、395名（39.5％）であり、接触経験があった対象者も「話をしたことがある」という関りが、接触経験のある対象者群の54.4％を占め、障害者との関りは少ないことが示唆できる。さらに、障害に対する知識の自信については、840名（84.0%）が「自信がない」という回答であった。今後、本調査によるそれぞれの因子の因果関係についても分析し、障害者スポーツや障害理解の促進を図る方策についても検証をしていく必要がある。 The purpose of this study was to examine the recognition of sports for people with disabilities, the impact of sports for people with disabilities on understanding of disabilities, and the construction of an information provision system for promoting sports for people with disabilities. This survey targeted 500 men and women between the ages of 15 and 79, who are monitors registered with an internet research company, and the survey period was conducted from January 27 to February 1, 2021. The subjects were asked to consent to participate in the study, on screen, before the study started. The survey items were "recognition," "educational experience," "contact experience," and "awareness" and "participation behavior" for sports for the disabled. The survey items were descriptive statistical analysis using SPSS Statistics 26 Version for Windows as statistical software. From the results of this survey, 515 people (51.5%) watched sports, 523 people (52.3%) participated in and experienced sports for people with disabilities, and volunteered for sports with disabilities, 528 people (52.8%) answered that they were not interested and would not take action. From this, it was found that the awareness and behavior of sports for people with disabilities was low. In addition, 395 (39.5%) responded that they had no experience of contact with people with disabilities. It can be suggested that the degree to which the subjects who had contact experience "have talked" accounted for 54.4% of the subjects who had contact experience, and that there was little involvement with people with disabilities. Furthermore, regarding confidence in knowledge about disabilities, 840 (84.0%) answered that they were "not confident". In the future, it is necessary to analyze the causal relationship of each factor in this survey and to verify measures to promote sports for people with disabilities and understanding of disabilities.
