• Note (General): type:text; 様々な分野を横断する大規模かつ複雑な課題の解決には、多様なステーク・ホルダーの需要を包摂しながらも全体最適を目指すような「システム」のデザインが求められる。ここでいうシステムとは、工学的なプロダクトのみならず、システムを活用する個人・集団・組織・社会それぞれの内部システムと相互システムをも含む、幅広い概念である。「システムデザイン・マネジメント」のアプローチは、そうした多彩なシステムの創造（デザイン）から、システムが目的通りに機能するための運用・管理（マネジメント）に至るまでの一連のプロセスを対象とする。本研究ではシステムの創造と運用の基盤となる「コミュニケーション・システム」、特に課題解決に資する新しいコミュニケーション・システムのあり方を、個人・集団・組織・社会の内部やその相互作用の解明を通じて探究した。その結果、企業活動・組織開発・職場環境の改善、個人の働き方やキャリア形成の円滑化、アイデアやイノベーションの創出、教育現場の充実、市民活動の活性化を進めるコミュニケーション・システムの設計・機能検証等を行うことができた。最後に、2019～2020年にかけて世界的に拡散したCOVID19が、各国のシステムや人々に多大な影響を与えていることを踏まえて、2020年春から国際比較調査（Values in Crisis Survey）に参加し、日本の人々のデータを継続取得・分析した。COVID19から受けた影響（感染、健康被害、経済・社会活動、家庭・人間関係、心理・価値観等）、またメディア利用やコミュニケーションの様態・変化を分析し、報告した。COVID19が人間社会にもたらす影響の分析とそれに対応するシステムの構築は、今後も幅広く進められる必要がある。 In order to solve large-scale and complex problems that cross various fields, it is necessary to design a "system" that aims for total optimization while embracing the demands of various stakeholders. The term "system" here is a broad concept that includes not only engineering products, but also the internal and mutual systems of individuals, groups, organizations, and societies that utilize the system. The approach of "system design and management" covers a series of processes from the creation of such various systems to the operation and management of the systems to ensure that they function as intended. In this study, we explored "communication systems," which are the basis for the creation and operation of systems, and in particular, the nature of new communication systems that contribute to problem solving, through the clarification of the interiors of individuals, groups, organizations, and society, and their interactions. As a result, we were able to verify the design and function of communication systems that improve corporate activities, organizational development, and work environments, facilitate individual work styles and career development, generate ideas and innovations, enhance educational settings, and revitalize civic activities. Finally, given that COVID19, which spread globally from 2019 to 2020, has had a significant impact on systems and people in many countries, we participated in an international comparative survey (Values in Crisis Survey) starting in the spring of 2020 to continue to obtain and analyze data on people in Japan. We analyzed and reported on the effects of COVID19 (infection, health hazards, economic and social activities, family and personal relationships, psychology and values, etc.), as well as media use and communication patterns and changes. The analysis of the impact of COVID19 on human society and the construction of systems to cope with it need to be promoted extensively.
