目的：1.包括的発達支援プログラムの構築：これまでの研究は、特定の障害に対応する個別的なカリキュラムで実施されることが多かった。本研究では、「運動発達」と「コミュニケーション発達」を支援することで、発達全体の促進がなされるかを検討した。2.発達支援アプリの作成：発達支援アプリを用いた支援効果の定量解析をタブレット PC に実装し、幼児期から児童期までの発達障害児ひとりひとりへの支援効果を調べた、3.遠隔地発達支援 telehealth のモデル構築：家庭と大学と地域の発達支援機関とで、定量データをもとに共通の支援を進めた。方法：自閉症のある幼児と児童：1.事前評定： (a)新版Ｋ式発達検査、バインランド適応行動尺度、JCDI言語発達検査、運動発達検査などを用いた標準アセスメントを支援室で実施した。(b)子どもの行動：コミュニケーションと運動スキルについて、家庭での映像を行動コーディングした。 2.発達支援：（a）アプリによる支援：運動・コミュニケーション発達支援プログラムを実施した。(b)家庭内支援：撮影された家庭内での適切な行動を増やすため、オンラインでの教示、ビデオモデリング、ビデオフィードバックを支援技術として用いた。結果：事前と同様の場面でのアセスメントを行った結果、画面に描かれた場面に対応する行動が獲得された。同時に、Zoomでの相互作用を用いた役割課題においても、獲得されたコミュニケーション・運動が出現し、フォローアップにおいても、成績が維持された。運動については、一連動作の模倣を行うことで、家庭内での学習の可能性が示された。 The purposes of this study were to examine whether the intervention of movement and communication by computer-based program in the telehealth would facilitate development for the children with developmental disabilities. The intervention program was supplied by Cloud and Zoom. The weekly assessment session was conducted by the experimenter and daily sessions were implemented by parents. The results showed that children acquired communication, linguistic skills and motor imitation. The result suggests the effects of telehealth program for development of motor and communication.
