• Note (General): type:text; 日本においても健康格差は存在し、保健師には健康格差の解消に向けて、エンパワメントを支援する役割が期待されている。しかし、保健師の活動体制の変化により、保健師が行うエンパワメントを支援する役割が不明確になっている。そこで、本研究では、日本の保健師の実践におけるエンパワメントの概念を概念分析の手法を用いて明確にした。 概念分析の手法を用いて日本の保健師の実践におけるエンパワメントの概念を定義した。文献の検索は3つのデータベースを利用して行った。最終的な分析対象は33件の文献であった。エンパワメントの属性、先行要件、帰結に関する記述を抽出した。抽出した記述をコード化し、さらに、サブカテゴリ、カテゴリを抽出した。属性のカテゴリ間の関連を検討し、概念の定義を行った。 保健師の実践におけるエンパワメントの概念について、属性、先行要件、帰結を明らかにした。さらに、保健師の実践におけるエンパワメントは、「他者との交流により個人や地域の内なる力が発揮されるプロセスであり、個人が生活のコントロールと自己決定をする能力を獲得し、生活を再構築するプロセスと地域の健康課題やその背景要因に気が付き、自分ごととして問題解決に向けて社会的要因への働きかけも含めて仲間と一緒に取り組むことができる地域の問題解決能力獲得のプロセスを含む。このプロセスは、パートナーシップを基盤とした対話により、個人の生活の再構築と地域の問題解決能力の獲得に相乗効果をもたらし、支援者にもこの影響は波及する複合的な相互作用のプロセスであり、そのアウトカムを含むダイナミックなプロセスである」と定義した。 本研究により、日本の保健師の実践におけるエンパワメントの概念を定義することができた。今後は本研究で明らかになったエンパワメントの概念から保健師の実践内容や評価方法を検討する必要がある。 Health inequalities exist in Japan. Public health nurses are expected to play a role in supporting empowerment in order to close health inequalities. However, the role of supporting empowerment performed by public health nurses has become unclear due to changes in the system of public health nurses' practice. Thus, the aim of this study was to clarify empowerment in the practice of public health nurses using the concept analysis method. Empowerment in the practice of public health nurses was defined by the concept analysis method. Three databases were used in a literature search. 33 articles were included in the analysis. The sentences describing the attributes, antecedents, and consequences of empowerment were extracted. The extracted sentences were coded, and subcategories and categories were emerged. The concept was defined based on the relationships between the categories of attributes. The attributes, antecedents, and consequences of empowerment in the practice of public health nurses were identified. Empowerment in the practice of public health nurses was defined as "a process in which the inner power of individuals and communities is being demonstrated through interaction with others; individuals gain control of their lives and have the ability to make self-determinations, and they are able to rebuild their lives. It also includes the process of community acquiring problem-solving skills, which enables individuals to personally become aware of local health issues and their background factors, and collaborate with their peers to solve them while including approaching social factors. This process is a dynamic process that includes outcomes, a complex process of interaction in which partnership-based dialogue has a synergistic effect on the restructuring of individual lives and the acquisition of local problem-solving capacity, and this impact spills over to the supporters." Concept of empowerment in the practice of public health nurses was defined in this study. In the next study, it is necessary to examine the practical contents and evaluation methods of public health nurses from the concept of empowerment clarified in this study.
