【研究の目的】本研究では，COVID-19 のパンデミックによる働き方の変化と，労働者の健康およびウェルビーイングとの関連を，縦断調査により明らかにすることを目的とした。【研究方法】インターネット調査会社（楽天インサイト）の登録モニタのうち20-59歳の正規従業員を対象に，約3ヶ月間隔で7回のオンライン調査を実施した（T1：2020年6月8～9日，T2：同年9月9～18日，T3：12月8～17日，T4：2021年3月8～20日，T5：同年6月7～20日，T6：同年9月6～19日，T7：同年12月7～20日）。それぞれの調査において，1600名（T1），1425名（T2），1385名（T3），1345名（T4），1252名（T5），1283名（T6），1189名（T7）から回答が得られた。【得られた成果】主に以下の成果を得ることができた。（1）仕事の量的負担は2020年12月に一時的に上昇したのに対し，上司や同僚からのサポート，ワーク・エンゲイジメントは2020年6月からの約1年半にかけて低下していた。（2）仕事における退屈は仕事の低負担，ワーカホリズムは仕事の高負担を各々規定要因とし，心身の不健康および離職意思につながっていた。（3）リカバリー経験のうちリラックスは，顎関節症の低リスクと有意に関連していた。（4）「職場の上司・同僚との週1回以上の対面による交流」「友人・知人との月1－3回の対面および非対面による交流」は，対象者の孤独感の低さと有意に関連していた。（5）ホワイトカラーでは，1日の座位比率が低いと精神的健康およびワーク・エンゲイジメントが良好であった。 [Aim] The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between changes in working styles due to the pandemic of COVID-19 and worker health and well-being through a longitudinal survey. [Method] Four-wave online surveys were conducted with approximately three months invervals (T1: June 8-9, 2020; T2: September 9-18, 2020; T3: December 8-17, 2020; T4: March 8-20, 2021 T5: June 7-20, 2021; T6: September 6-19, 2021; December 7-20, 2021) among regular employees aged 20-59 who were registered monitors of an online survey company (Rakuten Insight). Responses were obtained from 1600 (T1), 1425 (T2), 1385 (T3), 1345 (T4), 1252 (T5), 1283 (T6), and 1189 (T7) respondents for each survey. [Achievements] We obtained the following findings. (1) Quantitative job demands temporarily increased in December 2020, whereas support from supervisors and coworkers and work engagement decreased from June 2020 to about 18 months later. (2) Boredom at work and workaholism were related to low job and high job demands, respectively, and were related to physical and mental ill-health and intention to leave the job. (3) Among recovery experiences, relaxation was significantly related to a lower risk of TMJ disorder. (4) "Face-to-face interaction at least once a week with work supervisors/colleagues" and "Face-to-face and non-face-to-face interaction with friends/acquaintances 1-3 times a month" were significantly related to with lower loneliness. (5) In white-collar workers, lower daily sitting ratio was related to better mental health and work engagement.
