本研究ではせん妄に対するトラゾドン、ミアンセリンは適応外使用であり、特定臨床研究に該当するため、認定臨床研究審査委員会への申請の準備として実施計画書、研究計画書、説明同意文書といった書類の作成を完了した。また、研究体制準備の一環として統計解析担当責任者1名および研究分担医師5名の確保ならびに利益相反の確認を完了した。さらに、研究体制整備として慶應義塾大学病院臨床研究推進センター企画推進部門の支援を得た。加えて、予備的研究である「せん妄に対する抗うつ薬・抗ヒスタミン薬の使用実態およびその効果：後方視的診療録調査」および「せん妄に対する抗うつ薬：系統的レビュー」について、データ収集および解析を完了し、現在、英文論文作成中である。 Because trazodone and mianserin for delirium in the study is an off-label use and the study is considered a specified clinical, we have completed the preparation of documents such as the implementation plan, research plan, and informed consent form for the Certified Review Board of Keio. Also, as part of the preparation of the research system, we have retained one person in charge of statistical analysis and five coinvestigators, and completed the confirmation of conflict of interest. Furthermore, we have obtained support from the Department of Planning and Promotion, Clinical and Translational Research Center for the research system. In addition, we have completed data collection and analysis for the two preliminary studies, "Use and efficacy of antidepressants for delirium: A retrospective chart review" and "Antidepressants for delirium: A systematic review", and are currently preparing the manuscripts in English.
