• Note (General): type:text; 2020年に発生したコロナ禍により、従来の生活や働き方が大きく影響を受けている。毎日の生活において自宅で過ごす時間が長くなり、仕事を自宅ですることも多くなっている。また、テレワークで職場が離れ離れになり、社員同士のコミュニケーションが不足しがちになり、チームワークや信頼関係等の人間関係の部分が弱くなっている。本研究は、コロナが人々の意識・行動にどのように影響するかを具体的、客観的に分析、検討することを目的として、コロナと人々の意識・行動の関係性にかんする調査分析を行った。 共同研究者の谷口らはCOVID19の客観的被害規模、感染・健康被害・仕事減等の個人的経験、「不安」が、各種のアクターへの信頼・評価にどのような影響をもたらしたかを分析した結果、COVID19による健康被害は若年層、仕事の減少は女性・低所得層・都市部居住者で経験されやすく、両者は人々の不安を高めていた、政府（国）と医療政策所管の厚労省への信頼の構造は類似し、高所得者・保守層・他者信頼が高い人が信頼しており、また都道府県の累積感染者数という客観的被害が信頼を押し下げていた、総理大臣への信頼は元々の支持層で高いことが示唆されたが、健康被害の経験が信頼を減じていた、地方自治体の首長への信頼の構造は国の機関や首相とは異なっており、医療関係者・専門家への信頼や他者への評価・連帯に近く、不安が強い人で信頼が低かった、メディア・報道機関は、女性・高齢者・世帯人数の多い人・左派イデオロギーを持つ人が信頼する傾向にあった、ということがわかった。 また、コロナによって多数の人間が死亡し、残された関係者は死別によって喪失感に襲われるが、共同研究者の前野らは、応用コンテキスト図を用いた人間関係を可視化することによってレジリエンスを向上するワークショップを提案した。 The 2020 coronal disaster has significantly affected traditional ways of living and working. People are spending more time at home in their daily lives and are doing more of their work at home. In addition, teleworking has separated workplaces, and employees tend to lack communication with each other, weakening the human relations part of their lives, such as teamwork and trust. In this study, we conducted a survey and analysis of the relationship between Corona and people's awareness and behavior, with the aim of analyzing and examining how Corona affects people's awareness and behavior in a concrete and objective manner. Co-researcher Taniguchi et al. analyzed how the objective scale of damage caused by COVID19, personal experiences of infection, health damage, job loss, etc., and "anxiety" affected people's trust in and evaluation of various actors. The results showed that health hazards caused by COVID19 were more likely to be experienced by young people, and job loss was more likely to be experienced by women, low-income groups, and urban residents, both of which increased people's anxiety; the structure of trust in the government (national government) and MHLW, which is in charge of medical policy, was similar, with higher income groups, conservative groups, and people with high trust in others, and the cumulative effect of the prefecture's The objective damage in terms of the number of infected people pushed down trust; trust in the prime minister was suggested to be high among the original supporters, but the experience of health problems reduced trust; the structure of trust in local government leaders was different from that of national institutions and the prime minister, and was closer to trust in medical personnel and experts, and to evaluation and solidarity with others. Trust was lower among those who were more anxious, and media and news organizations tended to be trusted by women, the elderly, those with larger households, and those with leftist ideologies. In addition, a large number of people died due to the corona, and those involved who remained behind felt a sense of loss due to bereavement. Co-researcher Maeno et al. proposed a workshop to improve resilience by visualizing human relationships using an applied context diagram.
