• Note (General): type:text; 本研究は中国の航空交通管制が、国家の安全保障環境をめぐる現状変更を目的として実施されている実態を明らかにし、今後の方向性を検討するとともに、それが日本の安全保障環境に与える影響を考察するものである。今年度は研究代表者による既存の研究実績の基礎の上に、現状がどのように変化し、どのような実態へ至っているかを、関連資料に基づいて整理検討した。これにより、日中間に設定されている航空路の運用方法が変更されたこと、台湾海峡に設定されている新たな航空路の運用が本格化していること、そして同時に東シナ海における中国の航空戦力の活動が活発化していることなどが徐々に明らかになった。 今年度はそれとともに、現実の東シナ海上空の航空交通管制がどのように行われているかをインターネット上の航空管制関連サイトを通じて情報収集した。また、航空交通管制の交話を実際に傍受することを目的として機材を準備し、その運用方法を取得することに努めた。 こうした基礎的な作業により、今後より深く詳細に本問題を分析し考察する準備を整えることができた。 This study clarifies the fact that China's air traffic control is being implemented with the aim of changing the status quo regarding the national security environment, examines future directions and impacts on Japan's security environment. This year, based on the existing research achievements by myself, how the current situation has changed and what kind of actual situation has been reached was organized and examined based on related materials. As a result, the operation method of the air routes set between Japan and China has changed, the operation of the new air routes set over the Taiwan Strait is in full swing, and at the same time, China's air power activities over the East China Sea gradually became more active. Along with these, I collected information on how air traffic control over the East China Sea is actually carried out through the related sites on the Internet. In addition, I prepared some equipment for the purpose of actually intercepting air traffic control conversations, and tried to acquire the operation method. It is considered that such basic work is preparing to analyze and consider this problem in more detail in the future.
