• Note (General): type:text; これまで満州事変に関する研究は数え切れないほど多い。本研究では、日中両国の研究者が満州事変の背景、経緯と影響などについてどのように分析しているか、また当時日本の首相であった若槻礼次郎、犬養毅と中国の軍事指導者の蔣介石の役割についてどのように評価しているかに重点をおいている。 満州事変が勃発した背景については、日本側の研究は、関東軍の独走によって引き起こされたものであるという主張が多い。それに対して、中国の研究では、満州事変を明治維新以降、とりわけ日清戦争以降日本側の対外拡張政策の一環として捉えるものが多い。 満州事変勃発後、中国は国際連盟に提訴し、「国際連盟規約」、「九カ国条約」などを根拠に解決しようとした。この点に関しては、日本側も中国側も多くの研究成果を発表している。当時日本の首相であった若槻礼次郎と犬養毅と満州事変との関係については、日本側には研究があるが、まだ少ない。中国側はそれに関する研究は皆無と言っても過言ではない。蔣介石の役割に関しては、従来中国では、蔣介石が「不抵抗政策」をとったことで、批判されてきた。しかし、近年、張学良の証言が発表されたため、蔣介石への評価は変わりつつある。そのほかに、近年中国では、中国共産党と満州事変との関係に関する研究が増えつつある。 従来、中国は1937年7月7日に発生した盧溝橋事件を日中戦争の起点としていた。しかし、2017年1月に中国の教育部は満州事変を日中戦争の起点とすることになった。それに対して、中国国内においては、異論を唱える研究者がいる。つまり、満州事変から1937年7月の盧溝橋事件事件までの時期を「戦争」とみなすことができないという主張である。日本においても「15年戦争説」と「8年戦争説」がある。日中両国においては、日中戦争がいつから始まったかについては、いまだコンセンサスが取れていない。それは日中歴史認識の相違の一つである。 Up to now, there are countless studies on Manchuria Incident. The focus of this study is how Japanese and Chinese researchers analyze the background, process and influence of Manchuria Incident, and how to evaluate the role of Japanese Prime Minister Wakatsuki Reijirō, Inukai Tsuyoshi and Chinese military leader Chiang Kai-shek at that time. As for the background of Manchuria Incident, most Japanese studies think that the Kwantung Army went its own way. On the contrary, in China's research, Manchuria Incident is regarded as a link of Japan's foreign expansion policy after Meiji Restoration, especially after the Sino-Japanese War of 1894-1895. After the Manchurian Incident broke out, China filed a complaint with the League of Nations, trying to solve it on the basis of the Charter of the League of Nations and the Treaty of Nine Countries. In this regard, both Japan and China have published many research results. Although the Japanese side has studied the relationship between the then Japanese Prime Ministers Wakatsuki Reijirō and Inukai Tsuyoshi, and the Manchurian Incident, it is still rare. It can be said that China has no research on this. Chiang Kai-shek's role has long been criticized in China for his "non-resistance policy". However, in recent years, due to the publication of Zhang Xueliang's testimony, people's evaluation of Chiang Kai-shek is changing. In addition, in recent years, the research on the relationship between the Communist Party of China and Manchuria Incident has been increasing in China. All along, China took the Marco Polo Bridge Incident on July 7, 1937 as the starting point of the Sino-Japanese War. However, in January 2017, the Chinese Ministry of Education decided to take Manchuria Incident as the starting point of Sino-Japanese War. In this regard, some researchers in China put forward different opinions. That is to say, the period from Manchuria Incident to Marco Polo Bridge Incident in July 1937 cannot be regarded as "war". There are also "15-year war theory" and "8-year war theory" in Japan. China and Japan have not yet reached a consensus on when the Sino-Japanese War began. This is one of the differences in historical understanding between China and Japan.
