• Note (General): type:text; 本研究は，フリーマン（Freeman(1996)，Freeman(1999)）のモデルを，銀行制度を明示的に導入して拡張することを目的としている．銀行は，多数の債権者によって組織化しており，流動性リスクと信用リスクを保険する組織としてモデル化する．銀行は債券をプールすることにより，流動性リスクを緩和する機能がある．発生した現金不足が，現金の地域的偏在によるものであれば，銀行間割引により流動性制約が解除される．しかし，経済全体で制約が発生している時には，銀行間で債券を割り引くことでも，流動性制約を全ての銀行で消すことはできない．この時の，中央銀行が流動性を供給の役割について考察を行うことを目的とする． 初年度は，フリーマン（Freeman(1996)，Freeman(1999)）のモデルを詳細に分析し，その基本構造を明らかにした．研究の２年目として2020年度は，初年度の分析を受けて，経済における流動性リスクと信用リスクを厳密にモデル化し，理論上の表現を行った．特に，これらのリスクが経済の資源配分に与えている影響を分析する枠組みを構築し，中央銀行の役割についての理論的考察を行った．今年度は，研究の3年目として昨年度に構築した理論モデルをもとに，数量的に効率性を把握する試みを行うと共に，研究の集大成として，制度的な枠組みの分析を行った． 研究の拡張として，ダイヤモンド・ディビッグ（Diamond and Dybvig(1983)）をダイヤモンド（Dimond(1965)）のモデルに組み込んだシュレフト・スミス（Schreft and Smith(1997)）のモデルの考察も行った．実物モデルであるダイヤモンドのモデルに金融システムを導入することにより，金融モデルを構築しているモデルであり，また，モデルに銀行システムを組み込むことで，経済に流動性を提供する役割を分析できる． The purpose of this study is to extend the model of Freeman (Freeman (1996), Freeman (1999)) by explicitly introducing the banking system. Banks are organized by a large number of creditors and are modeled as an organization that insures liquidity risk and credit risk. Banks have the function of mitigating liquidity risk by pooling bonds. If the cash shortage that occurs is due to the regional uneven distribution of cash, the liquidity constraint will be lifted by the interbank discount. However, when constraints are occurring in the economy as a whole, discounting bonds between banks cannot eliminate liquidity constraints at all banks. At this time, the purpose of the central bank is to consider the role of liquidity and supply. In the first year, the model of Freeman (Freeman (1996), Freeman (1999)) was analyzed in detail and its basic structure was clarified. In 2020, the second year of the research, liquidity risk and credit risk in the economy were rigorously modeled and theoretically expressed based on the analysis of the first year. In particular, we constructed a framework to analyze the impact of these risks on the resource allocation of the economy, and made a theoretical consideration of the role of central banks. This year, based on the theoretical model constructed last year as the third year of research, we attempted to quantitatively grasp efficiency and analyzed the institutional framework as the culmination of research. As an extension of the study, we also considered the model of Schreft and Smith (1997), which incorporated Diamond and Dybvig (1983) into the model of diamond (Dimond (1965)). By introducing a financial system into the diamond model, which is a real model, it is a model that builds a financial model, and by incorporating a banking system into the model, it is possible to analyze the role of providing liquidity to the economy.
