アプリの動画や通知機能によって，質の高いセルフケアを提供できた．コラムによる疾患教育で鎮痛剤の適切な使用なども行えた．また施設入所中の患者に対し，アプリの特性を活かし受診回数を最低限にしながらも十分な治療効果を発揮できた．課題としては，当初カスタマイズしたセルフケア方法を提案する機能に力を入れたが，主訴の原因である筋肉以外のケアも必要なことが多く，プログラムに差が出なかった．また，真面目な患者ほどセルフケア内容を記憶してしまい，アプリの有効性が長期間継続しないことがあった．これまでアプリを通して得られたデータをもとに，今後の理学療法の有用性やアプリの活用方法を検討していく予定である． We were able to provide high-quality self-care through the app's video and notification functions. The appropriate use of analgesics was also facilitated through disease education through columns. In addition, we were able to demonstrate a sufficient therapeutic effect for patients in a facility while minimizing the number of visits by making use of the characteristics of the app. As an issue, we initially focused on the function of proposing customized self-care methods, but there were many cases where care other than the muscles, which was the cause of the chief complaint, was also required, and there was no difference in the program. In addition, more diligent patients memorized the contents of self-care, and the effectiveness of the app did not continue for a long period of time. Based on the data obtained through the app so far, we plan to examine the usefulness of physical therapy and how to use the app in the future.
