• Note (General): type:text; 本研究では住環境の改善による健康寿命延伸効果に着目し、大規模なフィールド調査と追跡・介入調査によって、住環境が脳機能、血圧、循環器系疾患、呼吸器系疾患、運動能力、要介護状態など健康に及ぼす影響を定量的に明らかにした。青壮年期～中年期を対象とした調査では、自宅環境と居住者の家庭血圧、脳MRI撮像データ、睡眠状態、体温、身体活動量、心拍、呼吸機能等との関連の検証に加え、オフィスでの知的生産性の検証を行った。日中の知的生産性はオフィス環境そのものの影響のほか、前日の自宅での睡眠・休息が影響するため、良質な自宅・オフィスの環境がもたらす相乗効果に関する被験者実験を行った。 This study focuses on the effect of extending the healthy life span, which is a Co-Benefit by improving the living environment, and by conducting a large-scale field survey and follow-up / intervention survey, the living environment is affected by brain function, blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, and respiratory disease. Quantitatively clarified the effects on health such as athletic ability and need for nursing care. In the survey targeting the youth to middle age, in addition to verifying the relationship between the home environment and the resident's home blood pressure, brain MRI imaging data, sleep state, body temperature, physical activity, heart rate, respiratory function, etc. We verified the intellectual productivity in the office.
