光超音波イメージングとは非侵襲的に微細な血管・リンパ管の3次元画像が得られる、新たな画像診断技術である。本研究では光超音波イメージングによって下腿皮弁術後患者の撮影を行い、皮弁の周囲の瘢痕を横切って新生した血管を観察した。皮膚直下の血管網が瘢痕を横断して構築されている所見が多く、一部では皮下中層の血管における交通も見られた。またリンパ管細静脈吻合術が行われた患者の撮影を実施し、吻合に用いられた脈管を描出することができた。 Photoacoustic imaging is a new diagnostic imaging technique that can obtain three-dimensional images of small blood vessels and lymphatic vessels noninvasicely. In this study, a patient who had a lower leg flap surgery was imaged by photoacoustic imaging, and new blood vessels were observed across the scar around the flaps. There was a subdermal vascular network just below the scar around the flap, and in some cases, traffic in the blood vessels in the middle subcutaneous layer was also observed. In addition, we performed imaging of patients who underwent lymphangiovenular anastomosis, and were able to visualize the vessels used for the anastomosis.
