Note (General): 新規クルクミン誘導体を合成し、抗腫瘍活性を指標にスクリーニングした。GO-Y030, 031, 078 などに強い抗腫瘍活性が認められた。それらはNF-kB などを介してCOX2 の発現を阻害した。in silico のADME 予想から、in vivo における抗腫瘍活性の増強が示唆されたが、 GO-Y078 は実際、胃がんの癌性腹膜炎モデルで生存期間の延長を認めた。また、マウスにおける毒性について評価した。胃がんモデルにおけるGO-Y031 の抗腫瘍活性について解析を行っている。
