Note (General): がん幹細胞・非がん幹細胞の関係を細胞競合の観点から考察するため、遺伝学的背景のできるだけ似通ったがん幹細胞・非がん幹細胞モデルの樹立を試みた。本年度は特に、Rb遺伝子のステータスの異なるがん細胞株群を樹立し、未分化性、浸潤・転移能、代謝等の面から、がん幹細胞を特徴付けると予想された表現型に差違が観察されるかを検討した。細胞競合の測定のためには、一定期間がん幹細胞様の表現型が維持される必要がある。本年度は、2週間程度がん幹細胞様の表現型を安定的に示す細胞集団を濃縮・維持することに成功し、細胞競合測定の準備が整った。
