Note (General): Ｒｂ遺伝子欠損マウスにおいて効率的に甲状腺癌が発症するモデルを作成でき、マウス腫瘍発生モデルとして、このマウスの系にＳＭＳ１欠損マウスを掛け合わせることが可能となった。セラミドの増加は、細胞周期上の重要因子であるＰ２１のＣＤＫ２との結合や、ＣＤＫ２の脱リン酸化を促進することが知られているため、Ｒｂ遺伝子欠損マウスの系を用いて、ＳＭＳ欠損によるセラミド、ＳＭ制御がＲｂ欠損によるＥ２Ｆの活性化の下流シグナルであるサイクリンＡ,ＥやＣＤＫ２にどのように影響するかについて検討し、悪性腫瘍の細胞周期調節破綻に基づく細胞増生に対するスフィンゴ脂質代謝調節の意義について研究した。
