Note (General): 本研究の目的では，申請者が独自開発している時空間制御した変調型高熱流プラズマに，さらに原料・ガスを間歇的に同期制御して投入する手法を新しく開発し，高品質ナノ粒子の高効率・高速生成に応用することである。本研究により上記システムを開発し，例としてTiO2ナノ粒子生成を対象として変調・原料間歇導入効果を明らかにした。これらの手法を検証し，TiO2ナノ粒子を20kWプラズマにより500 g/hという超高収率で生成することに成功した。
This study focused on development of a modulated induction thermal plasma system with time controlled feedstock feeding method to synthesize high-quality functional nanoparticles with a high production rate. As an example, TiO2 nanoparticles were synthesized using the developed system, and the effect of coil current modulation and time-controlled feedstock feeding were investigated. Finally, we found that this method can produce TiO2 nanoparticles with a very high production rate of 500 g/h at a 20 kW induction thermal plasma.
