Note (General): 運動器不安定症高齢者は、運動などによる転倒予防に消極的である。本研究は、これらの高齢者でも、簡便かつ安全に転びやすさをスクリーニングする計測装置を開発し、その評価に基づき転倒リスクを改善するための支援策を提案することを目的とした。我々は姿勢分析と足圧中心移動軌跡を同時に計測できる計測装置を開発した。さらに、その装置で評価可能であり、虚弱高齢者のエクササイズともなりうる前後左右の最大足圧中心移動テストや一定テンポのその場足踏みテストを提案した。
The elderly with musculoskeletal ambulation disability symptom (physically frail older people) is reluctant to improve fall-related physical functions for a fall prevention. This study aimed to develop the measuring system to identify safely the potential of falling for these older adults, and to propose the support measure to improve the fall risk based on the screening result by this system. We developed the measuring system which can measure a body alignment (posture) and a center of foot pressure path at the same time. In addition, we proposed new tests combined with an exercise for frail older people, that is, four-way movement limit of foot pressure test and stipulated tempo step test.
