Note (General): 機能性胃腸症のメカニズムを解析するために、動物モデルを開発し、胃の痛覚に関与する因子を調べた。ラットに反復水回避ストレスを加えると、胃に病変は見られないものの、胃の痛覚が亢進した。痛覚の亢進には副腎皮質刺激ホルモン放出因子(CRF)が関与し、CRF受容体のうちCRF1ではなくCRF2受容体が関与していた。反復水回避ストレスは機能性胃腸症モデルとして有用であり、機能性胃腸症の痛みにはCRF2が重要と思われた。
Repetitive WA-S developed gastric hyperalgesia even in the absence of detectable gastric pathology, suggesting its suitability for a potential animal model of FD. CRF2 receptor play an important role in gastric hyperalgesia observed after the stress. CRF2 receptor signaling may be useful therapeutic targets for FD.
