Note (General): 間質性肺炎を有する全身性強皮症患者の体力を6分間歩行テストにて評価したところ、肺の障害を表す肺拡散能低下や肺高血圧症が、体力低下に影響していた。しかし、呼吸器リハビリテーションの運動療法を酸素飽和度が低下しない範囲で施行したところ、体力向上のみられた症例は介入前の体力の低下している症例であり、肺機能の程度とは関係なかった。また、運動療法施行中は有害事象なく、運動で誘発される低酸素血症に対しても有効であった。
Exercise capacity was evaluated by 6-minute walking test in systemic sclerosis with interstitial pneumonia. Pulmonary dysfunction like as decrease of diffusion capacity of lung for carbon monoxide and pulmonary arterial hypertension were found as the affecting factors to exercise intolerance. Exercise training of pulmonary rehabilitation was performed reserving sufficient oxygen saturation, which improved exercise capacity in the case with more deteriorated exercise tolerance despite of pulmonary dysfunction. Moreover, the exercise training was also effective on exercise induced hypoxia without harmful event.
