本研究では,超臨界二酸化炭素に対する分散染料の溶解度および超臨界二酸化炭素雰囲気下におけるポリマーへの分散染料の拡散係数について,測定データの蓄積および熱力学モデルによる相関を行った.また,分子シミュレーションにより超臨界流体中での溶質分子の拡散挙動の解析を行った.この結果,溶解度の温度・圧力依存性を明らかにし,ポリマー中への拡散における活性化エネルギーを見積もることができた.また,分子シミュレーションにより,相互拡散係数の濃度依存性を表現できる手法を開発した.
Solubilities of disperse dyes in supercritical carbon dioxide and diffusion coefficients of disperse dyes to polymer in supercritical carbon dioxide were measured and correlated by thermodynamic models. Molecular simulation for diffusion coefficients in supercritical fluids were carried out. The temperature and pressure dependences of solubility were clarified and the activation energy of diffusion to polymer in supercritical carbon dioxide was estimated. The method for mutual diffusivity by non-equilibrium molecular dynamics was proposed.
