脳腫瘍摘出手術において腫瘍領域の精密な判別と摘出をめざして,共焦点顕微鏡による脳腫瘍判別と把持力検出機能を持った微細鉗子システムを開発した.共焦点顕微鏡による観察画像における輝度分布を比べることによって腫瘍部と正常部との判別が可能なことを明らかにした.マスター・スレーブ方式の微細鉗子操作システムを開発した.微細鉗子の先端部は,屈曲と回転が可能であり,開閉グリップには,把持力と摩擦力を検山するセンサを組みこんだ.柔軟物体中の対象物を摘出する操作実験を行い,把持動作中の把持力を検出することができた.
For the purpose of the precise diagnose and remove of the brain tumors, diagnose of brain tumors by confocal microscopy and fine forceps system with the detection of gripping force. By comparing the pixel brightness distributions on the observing monitor, diagnose between tumor and normal cells can be made. Master-slave operating system for fine manipulator has been developed. Flexion and rotating are possible at the top of the manipulator. Gripping force and friction force are detected at the gripper. In the operating examination, gripping force has been detected during the gripping and taking out the target on the soft material.
