降水と蒸発は気候変動の解明に重要である。水素と酸素の安定同位体比は水蒸気の起源の情報を含んでいることが知られている。本研究では,レーザ式水蒸気同位体分析装置,既設装置による地上の連続降雪観測,レーダとライダによる地上から降雪雲までの連続降雪観測を行った。更に,海上の水蒸気同位体長距離移動観測を実施した結果,このレーザ分光測定装置を使って,現場で水蒸気同位体比観測が可能であることが実証された。
