Note (General): 本研究では, 環日本海域の主要大気汚染物質の一つである多環芳香族炭化水素(PAH)及びニトロ多環芳香族炭化水素(NPAH)について次の成果を得た。1) 大気中のガス状と粒子状とを分別捕集する装置を開発し, 実大気中の存在状態を明らかにした。2) 能登半島先端の大気中PAH及びフッ素の一部が中国から長距離輸送され, 前者は中国の冬季の石炭暖房, 後者は黄砂嵐が主発生要因であることを明らかにした。3) 最近の環日本海域の大気汚染傾向と毒性の強さ及びPAH,NPAH濃度との関係を明らかにした。4) ヒトのNPAHの曝露を, 尿中代謝物を用いて明らかにするLC-MS/MS分析法を開発した。これを用いて, 中国瀋陽市の住民(学童)の尿中1-NP代謝物は日本人より高いことを明らかにした。
