• Note (General): 本研究では,申請者らの考案による容積補償法,並びに電気的アドミタンス法により,非侵襲的に一心拍毎の血圧・心拍出量を含む循環動態計測が可能となる多用途無拘束循環動態連続計測・自律神経活動解析試作システムを用いて,ストレス負荷時の循環動態反応から,各種ストレスの状態を定量的に判断可能なシステムの構築,並びに,それらストレスによる循環動態反応の緩和法として呼吸療法を行うための小型呼吸誘導装置を組み込んだ「ストレス評価・緩和システム」の開発・評価を行った.ストレス負荷としては,心理生理学的所見に基づき,能動的・受動的対処を要するストレスを用いて,循環動態反応からストレス評価を行った.なお,我々が日常生活で被るストレスとは,能動的・受動的対処を要するストレスが複雑に絡み合っており,これら全てを実験的に網羅することは困難であるため,能動的対処を要するストレスとして暗算を,受動的対処を要するストレスとして寒冷負荷を取り上げた.また,慢性的ストレスを発症するには,短期的ストレスの累積が原因であると考えられることから,特に短期的ストレスを即時的に緩和することが慢性的ストレスの発症も予防するものと判断し,短期的なストレス評価・緩和について重点的に検証を行った. 結果として,短期的ストレスにおいて循環動態の変動(特に,血圧の上昇)が確認され,さらに,呼吸療法による循環動態反応の緩和効果が確認された.また,循環動態反応パターンにより,能動的・受動的対処を要するストレスの分類も可能であった.このことから,本システムを用いてストレス評価・緩和が可能であることが確認された.本システムを用いることでストレスによる高血圧症など循環器疾病の予防・改善についてもその効果が期待される.; Using a multipurpose noninvasive beat-by-beat cardiovascular monitoring system, stress-induced cardiovascular re activities and effectiveness of newly designed miniature slow-breathing guiding device as stress reduction method were evaluated within stressful tasks to quantify the degree of mental and physical stress conditions. The multipurpose noninvasive beat-by-beat cardiovascular monitoring system designed by head investigator could offer beat-by-beat blood pressure based on the volume compensation method, cardiac output based on the electric impedance/admittance cardiography and same physiological related parameters, such as respiration rate, pulse wave velocity and so on. The miniature slow-breathing guiding device was fabricated using a miniature vibration motor. In the acute stressful tasks, arithmetic and cold pressor, the stress-induced cardiovascular reactivities were significantly reduced with the slow-breathing (6 rate/min) guiding device especially blood pressure and heat; rate (n=7, p<0.05).
