• Note (General): 本研究は,プレーナ形ミアンダコイルをマイクロプローブとして用い,検査対象の極表面の性状(透磁率と導電率)を計測の可能性とその精度について,解析と実験により検討した。表面からの性状計測は,特定の対象物に対しては劣化の推定のための情報を提供できるとの結論を得た。以下,成果を簡単に列記し,詳細は参照資料に記載した。 1.マイクロECTプローブの製作 エッチング技術によるプレーナ形の13×13mmの大きさのマイクロ検出コイル(センサ)を設計製作し,既存設備のインピーダンスアナライザーにより極表面の電磁気特性を計測するシステムを作成した。測定周波数は,1.0〜500kHzの範囲においてインピーダンスの計測が可能である。 2.マイクロECTプローブの形状の検討 検査物の導電率推定の感度面から最適なマイクロ検出センサの形状を検討した。導電率の高いほど,また厚い金属対象ほどピッチの広いミアンダ形コイルが適していることが明らかになった。また,寸法の異なったコイルを製作し,実験的にも検証した。 3.モデル対象による解析および実験的データの集積 マイクロECTプローブによる測定系をうず電流を考慮した2次元解析モデルとして捉え,解析的にプローブのインピーダンスと検査対象の極表面の性状(透磁率,導電率)との関係をグリッド図として求めることができた。グリッド図から,30%以内の精度で導電率を推定することができた。 4.疲労検出に関するモデル実験 疲労劣化のモデルとして,セラミックコーチングされた金属の複合材料についてセラミック接着層金属の導電率推定からの劣化把握についてモデル実験を行った。接着層の厚み変化がなければ導電率の推定ができ,その変化から劣化検出が可能である。; We discussed the feasibility of estimating physical properties (conductivity and permeability) on near-surface of metals without contact by using micro planar type coil and examined its precision by analytical and experimental tests. As a result, the measuring approach gives much information of inspecting deterioration of metallic structure. The achievements of the research project are follows,1. Fabrication of meander planar type probeWe developed the micro planar type coil of 13^*13mm area by etching techniques and made the measuring system to estimate electromagnetic properties by using impedance analyzer. It is possible to measure impedance on the frequency up to 500kHz.2. Examination the shape of the micro planar coilWe examine the pattern of the micro meander coil to improve the sensitivity of estimating conductivity. It is clear that the meander pattern with larger pitch is better to measure the object with higher conductivity and thickness. We verified the relationship by measuring conductivity by various planar coils.3. Analysis and inspection modelWe consider the 2D mode for micro meander probe and could analyze the system by the separation of variables. As a result, we can estimate the conductivity of metal as inverse problem. We can evaluate the conductivity within 30% precision by non-contact method.4. Model experiment for evaluating fatigueWe consider the compound metallic material with ceramic coating as model material. We try to estimate the conductivity of bonding agent between metal and ceramic.
