• Note (General): 本研究では,ミアンダ形平面コイルを励磁側,メッシュ形コイルを2次検出コイルとした誘起電圧検出形の渦電流探傷プローブについて,渦電流探傷技術の高度化と高機能化を目指し検討を行った。以下,成果を列記する。 1.ミアンダ/メッシュ形平面コイルによるプローブの製作 平面形コイルによるECTプローブの最良なものとして励磁側に方向性があるミアンダ形,検出側にはメッシュ形としたプレーナ形ECTプローブを製作した。このプローブは,フレキシブルであり被対象の曲がりにもフィットし,かつ製作が容易である利点がある。 2.欠陥の高度検出への実験結果 ECT検査技術の高度化に対して,検出感度の向上のみならず欠陥の形,大きさ,方向の検出を目指した。欠陥の検出に関しては,60%厚の裏欠陥(OD欠陥)に対して十分に検出可能であることを確認した。また,大きさ,形状,方向の情報がパターンから認識可能であることが明確になった。また,原子力発電所熱交換器の細菅に用いるインコネル600の材料によるモデルクラックの測定,細菅などの曲面を持った対象における特性の測定を行った。 プリント基盤上の配線の検査への応用検討 渦電流探傷技術の新しい応用として高密度基盤のプリント配線の断熱検査への応用の可能性を検討した。提案する渦電流探傷プローブは、プリント配線への渦電流の励磁には適当なミアンダ形コイルを採用しており,実験結果からは断線等の欠陥からの信号を検出できることが明確になった。ただし,複雑な配線パターンと断線を分離するには検出信号に対して教師信号等との比較手法が必要であることも明かになった。; We proposed a new planar type eddy-current probe that detects induced voltage as sensing signal. We researched the detection characteristics and application of this ECT probe as one of the advanced non-destructive inspection. The achievements of the research project are follows ;1.Fabrication of meander/mesh planar probeWe developed the planar ECT probe as most excellent ECT structure where a meander type coil, and a mesh coil are used as exciting, and sensing coils respectively. The probe is flexible in structure and can be scanned close to the surface of object. Particularly, it is easy to fabricate it by etching techniques.2.Characteristics of the planar ECT probeRegarding the advanced ECT techniques, the detection of shape, size, and direction of crack or defect is needed actually. We confirmed experimentally that the ECT probe has the sensitivity enough to detect the 60%, 10mm outside crack with 1.0mm copper plate. The 2-D imaging pattern of the sensing signal enables us to give the information of size, shape, and direction of crack. And we measured the detecting characteristics by using Inconel 600 plate which is pipe-material at atomic power plant.3.Inspection printed wiring by using ECT approachWe discussed the possibility of using ways of this probe to inspect disconnections in printed wirings. To induce eddy currents on printed wiring, the meander exciting coil of the ECT probe has the suitable structure. Experimentally, we confirmed that we can detect the signal of disconnection.
