肝癌のGd-EOB-DTPA造影MRI肝細胞相における信号増強率は肝癌細胞におけるOATP1B3発現量に比例して有意に増加することを明らかにし、癌細胞におけるOATP1B3発現の間接的な分子イメージングであることを示した。また、OATP1B3の発現は転写因子HNF4αやb-cataninによって制御されている可能性が高いことを明らかにした。この結果から、肝癌のsubtypeを画像所見で認定することが可能となり、臨床の現場での個別化医療に貢献が期待される。
The significant positive correlation between grades of OATP1B3 expression and enhancement ratio on hepatobiliary phase of Gd-EOB-DTPA enhanced MR imaging in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) was verified in this study. In addition, the highly significant correlation between HNF4a, b-catenin and OATP1B3 expression in HCC cells was also revealed. These results made it possible to sub-classify HCCs, resulting in possible application for future personalized medicine in the patient s with HCCs easily in daily practice.
